How after only 2 months I only weigh 54 kg instead of 85 kg 16.12.2022


Hello, everyone! Everyone noticed that I lost a lot of weight and of course I was bombarded with a lot of questions. I really wanted to reply to everyone personally, but that was simply impossible due to the large number of requests. My transformation only took TWO MONTHS! INCREDIBLE RESULTS, RIGHT?

I was never really skinny, but at some point I noticed that I was getting fatter. I had three bad rolls of fat on my stomach and I looked like a pug in a bikini! My hips, my legs and my butt kept getting bigger! I decided to try everything to get fit again. So I gave up greasy and fried foods. Even my late-night snacks were a thing of the past. Also, I went to the gym mornings and evenings! But after a month I was shocked - I weighed ALMOST 100 kg! I opted for stricter and stricter diets and now also gave up bread and meat.
